Chase Real Estate, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates the website
www.ChaseForeclosure.com (the “Site”), along with any related mobile applications,
content, tools, or services (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute
a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and the Company regarding your access to and use
of the Site and Services.

By accessing or using the Site or Services in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using
the Site and Services.

1. Eligibility and User Representations

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an entity,
you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

The Site provides information about foreclosure properties, REO (Real Estate Owned) homes, investment opportunities,
and related real estate services in the Chicagoland area and elsewhere. All information is for general informational
and educational purposes only and is not intended as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult
qualified professionals before making any real estate decisions.

2. No Professional Advice or Guarantees

We are a state-licensed real estate brokerage (Chase Real Estate, LLC) specializing in investment real estate,
including foreclosure and distressed properties. However, nothing on the Site constitutes a formal offer to buy,
sell, or list property, nor does it create any agency, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship unless a separate
written agreement is executed.

Property listings, market data, foreclosure information, renovation estimates, and any other content are provided
“as is” and may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability
of any information. Actual property conditions, availability, pricing, and outcomes may differ significantly from
what is displayed.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHASE REAL ESTATE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chase Real Estate, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising
from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

in DuPage County or Cook County, Illinois.

You waive the right to a jury trial.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

12. SMS Communications

Chase Real Estate, LLC may send SMS messages to users who have provided express written consent
through the opt-in form at chaseforeclosure.com. Message types may include
transactional updates related to inquiries and appointments, as well as promotional messages
about foreclosure listings and investment opportunities.
