Each home is different and has unique staging needs, so stager reserves the right to add/remove pieces above to creatively market the space for maximum staging impact.

*Cash/check preferred. 2.9% fee applied to credit card transactions; 1.9% fee for Venmo for Business. Full payment is due before the truck is unloaded on Staging Day. 

Home Must Be “Stage Ready” **It is the responsibility of the Customer to have the home cleaned and pre-stage prep work complete prior to the time of staging. **It is the responsibility of the Customer to have electricity, working heat/air and running water available. **Pets cannot be present without approval.
