We commonly call the person a Quality Control Inspector. We have 3 full-time inspectors who have experience inspecting investment real estate. They become your eyes and ears on a project. Allowing you to manage remotely.
Inspections Bi-Weekly
Your investment assistant will visit property bi-weekly and send you detailed photo report on the Chase Workplace app. Depending on the size of the property, each report will include approximately 30-40 exterior and interior photos.
Professional Reporting
Your bi-weekly report will keep you informed of property condition and preservation. Ensuring a quality product is delivered to market.
Draft Final Punch-list
Your inspector will meet with renovation contractor for a final walkthrough. They will “blue tape” items that need to be completed prior to listing. You will receive a photo report detailing all items required for repair.
Inspections During Renovation
They will visit property bi-weekly during rehab to show how the project is progressing. Sending you a detailed report at each inspection.
Under Contract Inspections
The inspector will visit the property while it is under contract with the end-buyer. We want to ensure that property is being properly preserved. To eliminate last minute, prior to close items regularly inspecting property is critical.
