All listings New, Price Reduced, Reactivated and Back On Market properties are run through our sophisticated algorithm to help real estate brokers source deals from the MLS. Chase DealStream reviews every listing whether it be a foreclosure, short sale, estate sale or traditional property, streaming investment opportunities straight to our brokers through our proprietary software.

Chase DealStream’s algorithms will find both flips and rental real estate.

Brokers will have access to 60+ deals each day – only the hottest deals!
These deals are displayed with critical investment information such as the spread between the current list price (CLP) and after rehab value (ARV). Chase DealStream includes many other data points to assist brokers when researching a potential investment. Access to all photos, beds, baths, basement, garage, square footage and an easy to view map of the properties location.

Each property page includes approximate square footage based renovation scope based on the level of renovation required Low-Mid-High.
